A plain-language notice for Sirvo's beta, written from what the product does today. We will replace it with a full policy before Sirvo opens more widely.
Signing in
Sign-in runs on Clerk. Clerk holds your name, email address, sign-in method and sessions, and sends the codes that confirm your email. Sirvo receives your account's ID and the details it needs to show your account.
What a workspace stores
- The flyers you upload, as files.
- Property details: drafts read from a flyer, your edits, saved properties, their spaces, rents and contacts, listing status and archive.
- Your answers about a property: whether a drive-thru or a kitchen hood can go in, the uses ruled out there, and other tenants' exclusives.
- Your conversations in the workspace.
- Your verdicts on likely tenants (thumbs up or down) and any note you add.
Your workspace is private to your account.
Services that process it
- Clerk, for accounts and sign-in.
- Railway, which hosts Sirvo and stores the flyer files.
- Neon, the database that holds your workspace's records.
- Hatchet, which runs Sirvo's background work.
- Vercel's AI Gateway, which carries requests to the AI models below.
- Anthropic's models, which read a flyer into a draft and apply the corrections you type.
- Google's models, which read each message you send, with the conversation's recent messages, to work out what you are asking. A draft begun under earlier settings may also reach models from OpenAI or Alibaba.
- The US Census Bureau's geocoder, which receives a saved property's address to find where it is, so its likely tenants can be listed.
Improving Sirvo
Each flyer you upload and the product steps that follow it (the draft, your edits and corrections, the saved property and your verdicts on likely tenants) are also copied to a separate store we use to improve how Sirvo reads flyers and ranks tenants. That store is kept apart from the product, and the product never reads from it. Training works from it on GitHub's hosted machines and, when a model is trained, on Baseten's.
Cookies
Clerk sets the cookies that keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps two preferences on your device: light or dark appearance, and the workspace sidebar's width and whether it is open. Sirvo uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Deleting your data
Write to admin@sirvo.io from your account's email address to ask us to delete your data. During the beta we do it by hand: your account, your workspace's flyers and records, and their copies in the store we use to improve Sirvo. We write back when it is done.
